Mizuno Women's Wave Sayonora 3 Shoes

They fit as expected since I heeded the previous reviewers, and purchased 1.5 sizes larger than my ASICS. My ASICSs are a little tight in the toe box, so I went 1.5 sizes higher in these. I almost prefer these to the ASICS, although the Gel Nimbus 18's have that wonderful cushy sole, these are just a delight to walk and run in outside. So I have relegated the ASICS for treadmill only, and the 2 pairs of Mizuno Wave Sayonara 3 Running Shoes to the trail for walking and jogging/running. I really like these shoes, a lot!!! I have added the Lock Laces LOCK LACES (Elastic No Tie Shoelaces) (Hot Pink, 48-Inch) bungee laces (the laces the shoe comes with tend to become untied, a lot) and they are just perfect for 5 to 10 miles of walking or 3 to 4 miles of running. As for the arch support, well there is really no arch in these, just fine by me, I am a human model that came with no arch (the arches in some of these different brands of running and walking shoes are just miserable for those of use who were born with little to no arch in our feet), and as far as width, they are GREAT, I have really, really narrow feet. All in all, I like these so much that I have purchased 2 pair, the old motto, find something that you like, get more than one, they will stop making/manufacturing it soon.....
