Perfect hiking boots and lucky to have them on first few hiking trips...definitely saved my ankles from being over-stressed in placing footing at different angles of boulders, sloping terrain and branches. Grip and traction was excellent. No odor or sweat build-up inside. Confidently walked through puddles with no worries; and after at week of rainstorms still no problems of feet soaking. I hope Hi-Tec maintains this model. And lightweight...no bulkiness.
