Good quality and great home workout

This is exactly what I needed for strength training at home while I can't go to the gym. I secured it in a ceiling beam. When not in use, the ceiling hook is used for a suspended chair for my kids. It is easier and faster for me to make length adjustments with this even though the straps are independent than it was for me to do the same with the TRX my local gym has.

I don’t think this is lifeline

I received this but it does not match the reviews. It is not dual anchor only one. It came in a plastic bag with a color handout on how to set up. No dvd or exercise chart. The product is not branded. I went to the Escalade website and this config is not listed. It works so will keep it.
