High quality treadmill with all the bells and whistles
By AliAmazon on Reviewed in the United States on December 21, 2015
We're only about 1 week in to using this treadmill but so far we love it. We got an amazing deal on it as part of an Amazon Deal of the Day. Once we placed the order, we picked a delivery window which was met on time. As you can imagine, this is a HEAVY box, so we opened it in our garage and brought up each part individually to our home gym. The base of the unit with the belt takes at least 2 strong people to move up and down stairs - so be prepared for that. It took my husband about 2 1/2 hours to put together which I think is pretty good for a piece like this. All of the parts were packed and labeled so that you know exactly where it should go. We did have an issue with the bar that is supposed to support the item when you want to store the belt in the upright position - we couldn't get it to fit correctly and finally gave up because we're not really planning to use that anyway. We've been using the treadmill for a week and it works smoothly. It's a pretty quiet treadmill - but like most treadmills, if you're running on it, you'll probably hear the thump of feet quite loudly. With the door closed, you don't really hear it when someone is walking on the treadmill, but you can hear them running on it. The different modes and features seem pretty easy to use. There are quick one button incline and speed settings to get you started. I think you can store specific workout routines but I haven't tried that yet. The support/cushioning is also pretty good on your feet. Our only real complaint about the treadmill is that the handle bars are too short. They don't come out far enough to hold onto them while walking - if you try to hold these, you end up stepping on the front of the treadmill - off the belt. I'm not sure why they made such short handles.

Treadmill is good - IFIT isn't compatible; customer service doesn't work
By John S. Transue Jr. on Reviewed in the United States on December 23, 2015
I'll put it into different sections, but gave a 1 star so people and company will see the issue. The treadmill itself is fine. Very Sturdy, Quiet motor. Working good. Both the wife and I have been on it and it does very well. I've taken it up to 7.5 mph so far and still going strong and quiet. No issues at all with the treadmill. Delivery was very good. I saw others with concern of assembly, but it took my wife and I about 2 hours to put it together. Not too difficult and directions and pictures made sense. IFIT: One primary reason I got it was for the ifit capability. It appears this new version comes with only bluetooth - which is ok, but the app for it only comes with wifi. I've confirmed that part, and then see the other reviews that mention customer service stating they are aware, and the app should be out in a "few weeks". Customer service: Ok, it's two days before christmas, so not really unexpected. I was on hold for 45 minutes and then it dropped off. Second time on hold for 55 minutes, got a rep, who then tried to transfer me to ifit folks, after waiting for 5 minutes in that queue it disconnected. So on hold for about 1 3/4 hours. I'm pretty sure as the other review stated, the issue is that the app hasn't been upgraded to Bluetooth but had wanted to confirm. I'll update the review in the future if/when the ifit app is updated and starts to work. The premise of that is neat.
