Instaflex Advanced Joint Support

I set up my vitamins and supplements for 3 weeks at a time. My knees started just killing me. Was thinking I need to see about some sort of pain shots. It was painful to get up and down and to walk. All the sudden it hit me I didn't remember seeing the blue and white pill in my morning vitamins. Sure enough I had forgotten it.
