Best Sunglass Brand... EVER
By Patrick on Reviewed in the United States on November 2, 2021
I have owned Costas 580p lenses before and they are amazing. Somehow these glass lenses are even more clear! Green mirror is literally made for lake and pond fishing, blue for open water. Nothing else looks through the water like these. I have been trying to get my brother n law to get Costas for 5 years. He has always been an Oakley guy. First trip to the lake with these I made him try them on. Within 5 minutes he had ordered a pair on his phone. His two week review, "Theses are the nicest sunglasses I have ever put on my face!" His Oakley's are now his work glasses and these are his new treasured pair lol.I would suggest doing what I did which was trying on frames at a retail store so I knew exactly what frames fit me the best. Then went online and found the lens and mirror combo I knew I wanted, copper lens with the green mirror. Reds and greens pop like crazy with the copper lens. And the green mirror is almost cheating when bass fishing the shallows once the sun is above the horizon. They come with a case, USE IT! Glass lenses are one expensive oops to mishandle. If you drop things get the 580p plastic lenses. They are not as crystal clear but still more clear than Oakley lenses hands down. They won't be as scratch resistant as the glass but won't break on a drop. They also come with a case, USE IT! These go on my head after work for my hour drive home and go into the case before exiting my vehicle. I expect to get many, many years out of these as I did my old pair. Nothing compares to the clarity and color Costas provide. Buying these straight from Costa del Mar is around $269 on this pair and still worth that price. This is a steal!Only gave a 4 our of 5 for light weight because the glass does weigh more but the clarity is worth it, I can no explain you'd have to put a pair on outdoors on a sunny day to know what I mean. I wear them 10 hours straight when I'm on the lake with no fatigue on my nose, ears or eyes. If the little extra weight is of concern then the plastic 580p may be better for you.

They're crooked
By Jeff Davis on Reviewed in the United States on April 12, 2023
I have several pairs of Costa Sunglasses, but these sit crooked on my face. When I open them up and lay them down on the counter top they are definitely crooked. I got them for a deal and now I know why.
