this light surely doesn't disappoint!!

Bright, solidly built, and around 4hrs battery life with the included 18650 batteries. My only gripe was my inability to find a suitable diffuser lens to use it as a light for my nightly bike rides. My issue, and it doesn't detract from the rating or quality of this light. If you need bright, this light surely doesn't disappoint!!!

Not waterproof

"Waterproof" was *the* key factor for my purchase -- the primary use being around and on the water boating at night. Returning to the dock, the light rolled off the boat and into about 3'-4' of water. It immediately started flickering and died shortly there after. The fine print on the warranty makes it clear, that you can't get the battery wet, which of course wouldn't happen if the flashlight were truly waterproof. It's not.
