The Elite Sportz Push Up Bars were just what I was looking for to get back to doing pushups without pain in my wrists. I have been dealing with carpal tunnel issues and was using dumbbells for my pushup grip instead of a traditional one with hands on the floor to help with the wrist pain. The Elite Sportz Push Up Bars are way more comfortable then the dumbbells on my hands and were a great value. I love how they rotate so I can use a variety of stances and have no-slip grips on the bottoms that work on any surface. I would definitely recommend to anyone with wrist pain who has been avoiding traditional pushups. Great product!

Rotation Not So Smooth

Works better for stationary angle pushups, not so much with rotating. This does not have bearings like the other similar products, more plastic on plastic so it doesn't rotate as smooth. The heavier weight you put on it (if you're one of those with heavy upper body), the worse the resistance (and snagging) of the rotation. Guess you can also look at it on the bright side, added point of resistance to your pushup workout. Bought it 'cause I thought it would be more compact but can't really say it is. It sits lower (due to no bearing components) but has bigger base plate which was a disappointment since I initially intended to use it while traveling (already have the original). I was gonna return it but a friend wanted it so just gave it away instead.
