It fits too small. It is uncomfortably small because it is a one size fits all. I will not even use Try Spec one size fits all because they only fit on average to average people to make a lot of sales without making different sizes for profit because it does not fit that well to anybody not average. People will get tricked into wearing the wrong fit by being tricked into thinking that it does fit normally. If you have a large head size then try something larger. If you are small then this is nice for a very small head covering if you like spandex and burglar pantyhose does not look cool on you. The main benefit from this would be to carry in an emergency where you make an unexpected over night stay. From a tactical point of view, it seems not ideal for combat as it would be easy to slide off your head or around your neck in a scuffle. You would use this for sneaking up undetected but not ninja fights unless you have a real ninja sword.
