This really works for me! I even bought a 2nd one for my son's home so I can use it when I visit him.

Great exercise.... for abs AND my booty and legs. I'm 60 plus yrs old and I mostly use it in the both the ab mode and the bike exercise mode, with just a little resistance..it comes with a wall poster showing several exercises you can do with this one piece of equipment.. I wasn't getting any exercise so I was really out of shape...loose all over. Now, my booty and legs have tightened significantly... and it happened quicker than I thought any exercise would be able to do...seriously. I could tell the difference with 2 weeks and then it just kept working more. Now my legs (thighs and calves) as well as my booty (bum, butt, whatever) are firmer than I remember them being since I was in my teens and 20s. I don't even see any cellulite now. I also used it for my abs along with different legs lift exercises, done with very light resist bands, and I'm very pleased with results...I actually can see top 2 ab muscles now. This is the second 'Wonder Core Smart Fitness' I've purchased. I keep extra one at my son's house to use whenever I visit him. The first one I bought did sit in a corner, of my home, for months until I got disgusted with myself... wish I'd started using it right away. I'm going to start using it for my arms too ... along with resist band exercises for arms I already do. I've developed some upper arm muscle that I can actually see, with resist bands, but I think using the arm exercises recommended for the Wonder Core will help me get the arms I want.... hey, it sure worked for my abs and lower body. Please READ instructions and FOLLOW directions, for each exercise, and use just little resistance to start off so you don't hurt yourself... you don't need a lot of resistance to get results. Not long ago, I increased resistance too much and I didn't sit properly while doing the bike exercise...so I hurt my lower back. I had to take a break, but now I can work out again. I'm now very careful to follow directions (same with any exercises equipment) and I remind myself to increase resistance very slowly, over time. I'm getting great results with very low resistance, so why push it to point I risk hurting myself. I'm certainly old enough to know better.

Use it Regularly Be Alert of Unusual Noises

It’s worth it!! I’ve been using it for three weeks now, one 30 minute workout a day with a change in dietary habits is all it takes, (see the meal guide that comes with it to help). I’m seeing my core and abs getting tighter and stronger and dropped two pants sizes and dropped seven pounds!! I’m giving it three stars now because as good as it is, I had to return and replace it three times already. Each one I got makes a squeaky noise which later caused the knob to lock or become unable to adjust to higher tension.
