This has helped my back so very much, my back actually will pop naturally on its own. Very easy to use. It is very firm, and good quality.

As advertised but too hard for me.

It came as advertised but too hard for my old beat up lumbar area. You'll need some degree of flexibility to use it properly. Not for the old and injured.
