ProsourceFit Ab Mat 15"x12" Core Trainer

I agree with other reviewers that this padding is a little firm. It is not uncomfortable however and does seems to be built well. I do think it is a good value of the full price name brand version. From watching cross fit training videos and using the product myself it seems the main function is to prevent my vertebrate from compression on the way up and it does that. But, as I know now, so would a yoga mat folded up. I give this product three stars not because it didn't meet my expectations but instead because I know realize I didn't need one at all. But if it gets me to do more reps then it will be worth it for that alone.
