Men's Premier Leather Sandals

My husband said he had a pair of Rainbow flip flops in college and they were some of his favorite footwear. When he needed sandals for summer, I bought these for him. Unfortunately, this pair did not deliver. They were very painful to break in and gave him horrible blisters for months. Everywhere the straps touched him was red and raw. Once they finally became comfortable to wear, the soles quickly wore down to become extremely thin and soon huge holes were present in both sandals. When I say huge holes, I mean his bare feet would touch the ground in those spots and even get burnt if he tried to walk on concrete. He had to throw them away after just one summer! We were both very let down by these flip flops. For $60 we expected them to last more than one season. He had fond memories of the pair he owned a decade ago, so the only thing we can guess is that the quality has deteriorated since then.
