Great for under treadmill

I use this under our treadmill and it has held up really well. Nice and think and helps reduce the noise while protecting the floor. Great size.

Not the greatest quality. Kind of thin and flimsy, slips easily. Going to keep it because I don't want to haul the machines around, but you probably can find better. Price was pretty good though.
