Decent ladder, has flaws
By WilVas on Reviewed in the United States on October 15, 2017
So this is our first tramp. We got 9x15 rectangle by upper bounce. This tramps frame is beefy so i opted for a ladder with nice big hooks with no restrictions. The ladder came a day late with prime (Seems to be happening more and more these days) but when it did arrive i was impressed with the ease of assembly and the hardware it came with. Everything u need to assemble is included. Put it together in 5 minutes or less. It fit the tramp no problem and the kids appreciated the easier access to their jumping bliss. However, just 3-4 days in, the padding on the bottom of the ladder tore off. This prompted me to run to the local sporting goods and buy a gym pad for it to sit on. When i returned to put the pad down i lifted the padding on the tramp to unhook the ladder and was shocked to see how much of the protective coating of the frame had been scratched off by the hooks. Now im not a trampoline expert but my guess is this coating helps prevent rusting and frame weakness. But now i have two 4 inch patches of bare metal framing. So for now i have applied duct tape to the frame to prevent further damage where it hooks on. Will most likely have to apply more coating to the metal. If you do purchase this ladder or others like it, consider padding the hooks or the frame where the hooks attach before jumping .
