XTERRA FS3.0 Elliptical

I received my FS3.0 elliptical the last week of February. Unpacked everything and parts were missing. I called customer service, very friendly. They told me they would have the new parts sent same day. I called a week later after not receiving the parts and the guy I spoke to said it was not sent out but that he would get it sent that same day. Another week passes, no parts. The third time I called the guy told me that they had to order new parts and it's stuck at the border. They don't know how long it will take. It's now April 9th... No parts.... Not assembled so I can't speak on how it works. It all LOOKS nice sitting on my bedroom floor. I will update after I have an assembled elliptical. UPDATE I forgot to update this earlier... But I received the parts around end of April I believe. The instructions were very confusing so I called to see if I could get it assembled. It was another company that did the assembling. But they were booked for WEEKS and we're gonna charge $180. So I assembled it myself. The instructions were confusing and not very accurate to my machine. Some pieces it told me to assemble but came assembled. I put something together wrong, broke it and the company sent me a replacement with no questions asked. I now have a full working elliptical. It is very nice and smooth. Not very loud, som times some very small clinking from the arms but it's nothing concerning. I really like this machine!
