Quality has deteriorated tremendously

I have been buying Tkees since they were founded in 2009 and I am really trying to stay loyal because I love the look of them but the quality just keeps getting worse and worse. I bought a pair in April and had to throw them away today…they had completely fallen apart…ribbon came out of the inside on all four sides. And I literally only wear them a couple of days a week. Please revisit these quality issues. It seems that a lot of people are having the same issues. Back in the day they used to last me for ages.
