Bosu Balance Trainer, 65cm

Basically this BOSU product is very similar to the units I've used at my workout facility. There are some issues with the description of what I actually received and the quality of the product. While this product can provide many useful benefits as part of my exercise program, it has a few quirks that I'm hoping to work out and I am not 100% pleased with what I actually received versus what I thought I would receive. My item arrived in an open box, very dirty inside and the BOSU ball had a layer of dirt/dust on it. There were NO instructions, manual or wall chart provided. Upon reading the product description more carefully, I realized these items were "Downloadable" and not part of what I paid for. I tried to find the user manual, chart and inflation procedures on the BOSU website, and after several minutes of clicking through ads for their product, I stumbled onto the confusing area of "manuals". I figured out how to inflate it, but the "User Manual" leaves a lot to be desired. Additionally, the "how to" portion of using the BOSU is basically a bunch of YouTube videos of people extremely fit and not over 30 years old bouncing around. Not very helpful for someone not in that category. I had to purchase a manual on exercises to expand my fitness routine. I have used the BOSU before, but I wanted to learn more exercises. Buy a book if you need to learn more. My BOSU unit works "somewhat" OK. It HISSES from the inflation port and apparently that is normal for a few days (online FAQ's suggests)? I re-inserted the plug with the application of a tiny bit of petroleum lube and the HISSING around the plug seems to have subsided. I will keep an eye on it, or rather ear. There seems to be a slight hissing when I initially stand on the BOSU and then it stops. Perhaps it is normal? Anyway, short list: Dirty product, Dirty Box, No manuals, no instructions, no chart, "Hisses". I like the product, but I'm not please with the overall deliverable and what I thought I was paying for.
