These are perfect potty bags. The mil thickness is just right between being flexible enough to easily install and for tying a top knot and thick enough to not leak or tear. They've been stored outdoors in the shade for more than 3 years in temperature ranges of -20 °F to 100 °F and still work perfectly. I've never had a bag fail. Along with their great performance, the quantity and value for the money cannot be beat.

trash bags work better

Waste of money. I switched to regular trash bags before these were used. The plastic seems no more impressive than a regular trash bag but the most annoying thing about these is that they try to make the bag bowl shaped. You can sort of see from the picture that the bottom has many pleats. I used these with the "poo poo pwder" that gels up liquid and all the pleats just made extra pockets for "splashes" hang out in. Also because the bottom was all gathered - the top had a lot of extra plastic which made it really hard to tie.
