For the price, they h keep the rain out. Can be fairly warm which can be a good thing in cold weather but can feel stuffy in warmer weather

These are very sturdy and will keep the rain off but I ask myself does it really matter when it makes you sweat so bad. This is not breathable material. The size is great, true to fit and provides movement. They are good for short use. You don't want to have them on longer than 30 min to an hour.
