AWESOME RIFLE
By Rayjc10 on Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2017
I think most people are happy with the rifle and choose not to write a review. I like to do my research and appreciate the reviews. I have had this rifle for over a month now and love it. Initially, I was struggling with this rifle, the scope would shift based on the recoil. After replacing the stock scope the difference has been night and day. I replaced the stock scope with a Hoppers 9x32 and WOW. I am now grouping within an inch at 30 yards, accuracy and clarity is superb. I love the look of this rifle...the pistol grip allows for a very comfortable grip and ease of pulling the rifle into my shoulder. Also, easy to carry around. Had a spring air rifle and it was heavy and eventually lost consistency. The NGT tech has been awesome so far. I found the Crossman domed 10.5 gram pellets to be the most accurate out of several other brands. It is a very quiet air rifle that allows me to use it within a residential neighborhood. GREAT RIFLE!

Good air rifle - finicky accuracy
By Michael Van Fleet on Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2013
Easy to operate for an adult. Extremely light weight. Nice thumb hole style stock. Was hoping for a little more performance. 1. Does not seem significantly quieter than any other air rifle I've shot. 2. The break barrel style degrades shot to shot accuracy particularly in elevation. There is not a secure locking mechanism to hold barrel after it's been loaded and a very small up/down play causes a very obvious error in the grouping. After sighting in I can get +/- 1" left to right even at 50 yards. (on a bench rest) That is great. However like 1 in 5 will miss by 4" or more high or low and I finally figured that it was the play in the break barrel. Have to pay attention to firmly and consistently locking the barrel up after loading the pellets. 3. Loading the pellets is difficult. Most fit so tightly into the barrel that I struggle to not distort the tail end of the pellet trying to cram it in there. Think that is another source of accuracy error. Tried one of those plastic "pellet pens". Helped a bit but accuracy got worse. Think it was nicking the front of the pellets because it pushes them in using the next pellet behind it.
