Bought two beanies in different color both feel like they came from different manufacturers

Purchased a black beanie and a mustard beanie both Brixton branded but for some reason the mustard color one feels like a higher quality product even though they are both suppose to be from the same manufacturer. The mustard colored one looks and fits exactly as described and feels fluffier and is larger the black one on the other hand is a disappointment, way too thin and significantly smaller in size.
