Galco JCTD Jackass Tie Down Set, Tan

Ordered a pair of tie-downs for my Galco Jackass Rig (purchased through Optics a couple months ago - great experience the first time, so please use that knowledge to temper this review) and it still has not shipped. A day after recieving the confirmation email via amazon I recieved an email from Optics stating that the product was "on hold" but that it should arrive within the 3 week delivery period guarunteed on Amazon. I waited until the end of the delivery period before contacting OpticsPlanet about the status of the order at which point they informed me that they were out of stock and did not expect the product in their warehouses until 27 April. With this information I requested that they refund my shipping costs and they responded that they could only refund $8 of the $15 shipping (for tie downs keep in mind) and would obviously still have to wait more than a month to recieve my order in addition to the month that has already passed since the purchase date - I paid for standard shipping which is 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Ultimately, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service provided by OpticsPlanet and now find their shipment pricing suspect of price gouging. All products available from Optics are also available from multiple other vendors for only cents more and in my opinion may be worth the extra dime or two to avoid these hassles.
