Outstanding, Low-Cost exercise bike!

I was skeptical, given the low cost of this bike. It was fairly easily assembled, and surprisingly sturdy. It is minimal in info on the screen, but works very well as an exercise bike.

Bad for my back

This recumbent exercise bike was easy to put together and is nice, quiet and smooth when riding. But it is terrible for my back. Perhaps this is just my anatomy, but three or four hours after exercising, my lower back starts spasming. What is weird is that it doesn't hurt when exercising. I've tried quiet a few times and 80% of the time it messes up my back, maybe because the backrest doesn't go all the way down.
