Maui Jim Unisex Sandy Polarized Sunglasses

Encouraged by the glowing reviews, I ordered these sunglasses and eagerly awaited them. I am a big Maui Jim fan, and you don't need to do too much to get me to buy a new pair. These glasses are definitely much smaller than the usual ones that I've owned, but fit my small face quite well (I'm Steve's wife, not actually Steve). I would be willing to give them a try and see how they actually feel and see if the smaller, snugger fit is more comfortable and functional than the usual rimless Mauis (Breakwall, Hookipa) that I've had. The reason for the lackluster number of stars is for the seller - SHADES AND SPRAYS. Avoid this seller at all costs! The sunglasses arrived without a box, in PLASTIC BAGGIE - without any kind of sticker or seal on the glasses to indicate that they were new, unused, or even authentic! There was a note in the shipping box requesting a call to a certain number before I would leave feedback. Out of courtesy, I called, but it was the usual Amazon return call center. The young woman who answered said all the stock things (So sorry you had this experience, I can issue a return for you), but nothing that I could not have done online for myself without sitting on hold and punching a bunch of numbers. Do not get fooled if something is fulfilled by Amazon, it only means that you can return the item, it is still up to the seller to be ethical or not. So - four stars for the actual glasses, negative stars for Shades and Sprays...... I gave a generous three overall.
