Fossil Men's Coachman Chronograph Watch

Nice beginner watch I suppose. The face itself is nice and prominent like most Fossil watches, and I expect it to last well and function properly. However, the band is the sticking point for me. Feels cheap, almost like a Walmart band. My $30 Times weekender has a more supple and real-feeling band. My normal watch is a Casio Diver with a custom 2-tone band and in comparison this watch is almost gray: looks extremely washed out and bland. In an age where watches (especially Fossil watches) are 10% function and 90% fashion, this scores very low in that area. I’ll probably end up getting a custom band for this watch as well. Not the worst watch ever, but I’m just very disappointed with this band; especially for one that is very difficult to remove. All that being said, I bought this primarily as a collector’s piece - this is what Tom Holland wore as Nathan Drake in the Uncharted film (my favorite video game series), so the sentimentality of it is the primary reason I got it. Still, wish I liked it more. Maybe it’ll grow on me! Final note - if you have small wrists (like me), you will struggle to wear this. Like it’s brand new and stiff and I’m on the 2nd-to-last hole already. I’ll probably have to cut my own holes in this thing to wear it long term.
