Great product.

This is a great machine. If you do not want to spend tons of money on better-rated bikes, and you don't need a large variety of programs to motivate you, you can't go wrong with this machine. Price is reasonable. It is comfortable, silent and is small enough that it is not in the way. It does not overwhelm a room, and doesn't make the room look like a gym. Went together perfectly -- until the right pedal would not thread into the post. Called the co. and it was replaced within 4 days. I expected a much longer wait than that. Who is that prompt these days! I'm 5'4" about 130 lb. and the adjustments for my height are perfect. Even though it says it holds 250 lb. my husband (under that!) is hesitant to try it. So, I can't rate it for performance above 130 lb. being used every single day. Other than that -- go for it! Great way to get in shape :)

It arrived in good shape. I assembled it easily by myself in about half an hour. Unfortunately, it clunks when I pedal. I can't take the housing off to inspect the source of the clunking noise without cracking the housing. I probably put half an hour total into using the machine because the heavy clunk every time I pedal was so obnoxious. So after it sat in my den for a few months collecting dust, I donated it to a thrift store.
