No tag, sold as new and stained.

This was supposed to be a new shirt, it came without any factory packaging and had no tag. It also has visible stains right out of the box. It was an obviously used and stained shirt. It appeared to be previously laundered as well. When I went to a Lacoste outlet store and showed it to the salesman, he thought it looked bootleg, so probably not even an authentic Lacoste. Absolutely outrageous this is allowed to be sold on Amazon. My refund was however, quickly processed, so there is that.
