Convenient Fitness Anywhere
By Laura Silva on Reviewed in the United States on April 9, 2024
Stamina Door Gym is a game-changer for my fitness routine. As someone who values convenience and versatility in their workouts, this door gym is a perfect fit. Its easy setup and ability to attach to any standard door frame make it ideal for squeezing in quick workouts at home or while traveling. What sets Stamina Door Gym apart is its versatility. With multiple grip positions and the option for both pull-ups and chin-ups, I can target various muscle groups and customize my workouts to suit my fitness goals. Plus, its sturdy construction and comfortable foam grips ensure a safe and effective workout experience. While I appreciate the convenience and effectiveness of Stamina Door Gym, I do wish it came with more detailed instructions for assembly and usage. However, once properly set up, it provides a reliable and challenging workout that helps me stay on track with my fitness goals. Overall, Stamina Door Gym is a valuable addition to my fitness arsenal. Its compact design, versatility, and effectiveness make it a must-have for anyone looking to stay active and fit, no matter where they are.

This is not a knock on the product but I ...

This is not a knock on the product but I wish I had studied it a bit more closely and realized it's potential shortcomings. We live in an old Victorian that has been remodeled with drywall hung over older plaster and/or wood paneling on the walls in every room. Consequently all our door frames are too thick for this device to be mounted and it is unusable anywhere in our house. I'm not sure if there are any similar devices on the market that would have worked for me. I just wish I had understood this before I unboxed and assembled it. I'm not sure if the vendor would accept a return and refund the purchase price since the problem is on my end, and for $22 that would be more trouble than it's worth anyway. I'll just huck it in a pile on a top shelf in the garage and hopefully I can use it in our next home when we move in about 2 years from now. All that said, I bought this one specifically because if the many different handhold positions it allows for. I have serious shoulder issues I am rehabbing and this is an important feature for me. Even though I've not been able to use this pullup bar, while assembling it I was impressed enough with its construction that I think it would have worked quite well for my needs if only I didn't live in such a weird house.
