KA-BAR Desert Mule Folder Knife

I think my title says it all. I bought my first kabar pocket knife about 11 years ago along with a TDI law enforcement and I became a loyal customer of their whole brand. This particular knife is big enough for larger jobs buy small enough for everyday carry. The blade is sharp and remains that way. This knife is sturdy and I have no concerns about the locking mechanism. I'm not a blade steel connoisseur so I can't give you the specifics or chemical composition, but it survives a 9 year old that I caught cutting bait on the pavement and still has no blemishes and the blade is still sharp as the day I unboxed it. It is not made I'm China, but rather, it is made in Taiwan which I hear makes a big difference in steel quality. The holster is useless, in my opinion, it is big and bulk. Yes, it can be mounted via molle straps to a vest carrier either horizontally or vertically or worn on the belt so I guess if that sort of thing tickles your fancy go ahead. I have 2 of these, one for my uniform and one for my everyday carry. I could go on and on but I will end with this, I'm not an Amazon reviewer and so I'm not compensated or getting free products, I just believe in this product.
