OK, so it wouldn't really be that big a deal if you used these knives to carve a turkey. It's not like the turkey is going to explode or multiply in some freaky way or something. It's just that we wouldn't recommend using these knives for that purpose. We also wouldn't recommend being overly stabby with them, but that's a discussion for another time.
