After much research, we found 5’ x 10’ to be the perfect size for the average household pool, big enough to fit some kids and friends but not too big so that it dominates the pool. To anchor the Pool Island, we provide 2 anchor bags that can attach to the d-rings on the underside of the Pool Island via rope.

The best way to weigh these bags down is to partially fill them with gravel and fill the remainder with water - and don’t worry the dirt from the gravel won’t leak out into your pool, these bags are water tight! When testing the island, we found that it worked great as additional table space for when guests come over. Simply placing the Pool Island on a table top will give you extra space for entertaining or just hanging out!
