TheraPearl Hot/Cold Therapy

TheraPearl Hot/Cold therapy is hypoallergenic, non-toxic and, best of all, reusable. Chill it in the fridge or freezer for analgesic cold, or pop it in the microwave for penetrating heat. The pack and wrap hold their therapeutic temperature for a full 20 minutes so you get fast, soothing relief.

Sports Pack:
Sports Pack with Strap, with its adjustable strap, lets you work or play comfortably. The flexible Velcro strap keeps the wrap comfortably in place, even during a workout. It’s perfect for sore knees and ankles, wrists and hands, shoulders and chest.

Knee Wrap:
Knee Wrap relieves pain from strenuous workouts, household chores or arthritis.  The large opening sits over your kneecap to preserve a wide range of motion, while the Pearl Technology send relief directly to the pain. The flexible Velcro strap keeps the wrap comfortably in place, even during a workout. 

Directions:  Apply to skin for doctor recommended time of 20 minutes. Remove and wait at least 20 minutes. Reapply pack for 20 minutes, if needed.

Cold Therapy:  Freeze for at least 2 hours.

Heat Therapy:  Microwave (see time recommendations below) and test pack temperature. Heat for additional 5 seconds as needed until desired temperature is reached. (RECOMMENDATION: 700 Watt Microwave-40 seconds; 1000 Watt Microwave-35 seconds; 1250 Watt Microwave-30 seconds)
