The units in this sale are being sold as open box condition. That means that they have been opened due to being a photo sample, a tested good customer return or having damaged packaging. The Stingray comprises a spacious triple hammock interior covered in a rip-resistant insect-mesh. It is accessed via a floor hatch in the centre or the large front door. It can be suspended between three trees or other large anchors, such as columns, trucks or boulders. It features a removable fly sheet (in a range of colours) for unbeatable views. The rain fly can be pegged out to the ground, creating a large 160ft²/ 14m² of covered porch area.

The Stingray tree tent can also become a multi-story camping base by adding three standard hammocks (not included) to the three corner D-rings. This way, you can have three adults in the tent above and three more in the hammocks below - you can have a huge amount of space over two levels.

The fly sheet's flap can be rolled and toggled out of the way above the front door, but all three can also be folded under the tent and hooked to the central hatch, thus creating a second windbreak and an eight centimetre thermal buffer of air to the underside of each hammock.
