The monitor also tracks time, watts, strokes per minute, count, distance, calories and heart rate*.

Take your workout to a new level and follow along with two free, expert guided online video workouts included with purchase. Streams to your smartphone, smart TV, laptop or PC. In the Beginner Rowing Workout, trainer Macy Mitchell demonstrates how to stretch out and achieve total body strength. The Intermediate Interval Rowing Workout ramps up the difficulty with a burst of short, high-intensity intervals designed to help you burn calories and tone muscle.

Textured foot plates and adjustable straps keep you stabilized and aligned. No matter what your intensity is, the padded handlebar provides a firm grip. Lastly, stay hydrated by placing a drink in the bottle holder.
