At the most basic level, the EN Test helps us understand how much insulation is required to keep a person warm and comfortable through the night. Through EN Testing, Sierra Designs will offer authentic construction and efficient functionality to assure an overall comfortable sleep experience. For the Zissou 23, the average man will be comfortable in this bag down to 23 degrees based on EN Testing. That can vary from individual to individual; however, this gives you a solid starting point when choosing a bag.
