Features

The 12lbs-80lbs models max weight capacity is the weight purchased. The 100lbs-140lbs max weight would be 140lbs. Empty pockets can be filled by purchasing weights later on to fill the weight vest if needed. The RUNFast Weighted Vest is a great way to add resistance to your workout. This is a great vest to start your cross training, strength training, and anything else you will need a weight vest for. The vest is one size fits most.

ADJUSTABLE 20LB WEIGHTED VEST (20-150 lbs): Add 5-10% body weight resistance to burn up to 12% more calories during walks, runs, and strength training. Removable weights let you progress gradually from 20 lbs to full 150 lbs capacity.
ERGONOMIC DESIGN WITH BREATHABLE MESH: Contoured fit (available with or without padded shoulders) distributes weight evenly across torso, preventing back strain. Breathable mesh panels keep you cool during intense workouts. Reflective strips ensure visibility during early morning or evening outdoor training.
UNIVERSAL FIT (28"-48" CHEST): Fully adjustable straps with quick-release buckles accommodate chest sizes 28-48 inches. Secure, bounce-free fit for men and women during high-intensity movements like burpees, pull-ups, and sprints.
MILITARY-GRADE CONSTRUCTION: Premium 1000D tear-resistant nylon exterior with reinforced stitching at stress points. Individual weight pockets with secure Velcro closures prevent shifting. Designed for indoor gym sessions, outdoor obstacle courses, and CrossFit training.
LIFETIME WARRANTY: We stand behind our quality with a lifetime warranty against defects.
VERSATILE TRAINING TOOL: Perfect for progressive overload in calisthenics (push-ups, dips, pull-ups), cardio conditioning (running, walking, hiking), CrossFit WODs, military/tactical training, and physical therapy rehabilitation. Compact design fits under jackets for discreet outdoor wear.
