The HanWag Escalator GTX® is a lightweight and flexible shoe, recommended for technical approaches and easier climbing. The sole's tip offers a virtually flat profile and aggressive studs at ball of foot and heel section. This shoe features shock absorber at heel with full-length cushioning.

GORE-TEX® lining
Patented ultra-lightweight microporous expanded PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) membrane. Durably waterproof and very breathable.
Ghilly lacing
Flexible instep lacing with loops. Allows a tight fit, yet guarantees mobility.
Elevated Brim
An all-round rubber rand, handcrafted around the lower part of the upper. It protects the leather from scree and rocks and significantly increases the boot’s stability and durability.
100% Resoleable
Thanks to their cemented construction or double stitched construction our boots and shoes can be resoled as many times as required.
