Any returns are to be made directly to RapidCycle (1245 S. Hope Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015) at customer's cost in original and proper packaging within seven days from purchase for a full refund or replacement. Customers should send in an email to returns@rapidcyc.com prior to returning and refunds will be made by RapidCycle directly to customers.

Shipping Note: Due to the size of this item, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, post office boxes or APO addresses is not available. A physical street address and phone number are required to schedule a delivery appointment to the first point of cover (e.g. patio, garage).
