This EKA 4 piece butcher set can be used for indoor, or outdoor use. The two tone soft grip handles are made of Santoprene, hygienically approved material worldwide for its sure grip properties under stressed conditions. Blades are made from Sandvik 12C27 steel which provides excellent stain resistance and prolonged edge retention. Kit comes with a skinning knife, boning knife, gut hook/knife, sharpening steel, and handy nylon roll bag. Also included are 2 open plastic double sheaths and a belt. Arrives in a gift box.
