Baseball Hall of Famer Eddie Mathews has personally hand-signed this MLB baseball and inscribed it "512 HR"-Throughout his career Eddie Mathews was a third baseman, most notably with the Milwaukee Braves. Mathews is considered to be one of the greatest third basemen to play the game. He is one of only two players to homer with a teammate in the same game at least 50 times with two different teammates. He did this feat with Hank Aaron 75 times and Joe Adcock 56 times. Eddie Mathews is also the only player to play for the Braves in Boston, Milwaukee and Atlanta. Eddie Matthews was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1978 after a seventeen year career. Matthews made nine All-Star teams and had over 2,300 hits in his career.
