The Altra Provision 8 Women's Shoes are running shoes that are designed to allow for a more natural midfoot landing and promote natural foot function. They are zero drop from heel to forefoot, which means that they don't have an elevated heel like a lot of other running shoes. The shoes are made with a lightweight blend of EVA and A-Bound cushioning that runs evenly from heel to toe and is weight balanced from front to back to encourage proper low-impact running technique
