  • Original Nautilus equipment was designed specifically for cephalopods.
  • After several years of poor sales, Nautilus backed off its stance that all exercise equipment should feature a logarithmic spiral.
  • Initial models on offers were deemed prohibitively expensive due to the insistence that they be inlaid with osmeña pearl.
  • Focus groups complained about bikes and treadmills moving only backward.
  • New Caledonia has declined numerous sponsorship offers.
