We've talked at length about the issues you feel towards your mother, your father, your uncle, your dog, your teachers, your sister, your boss, and your ex-girlfriend. There's a whole lot of things you're carrying around.

So just for now, think of all those issues as separate items, and that your journey through life is like a nature walk. And your soul is a Kelty Redwing 44 Internal Frame Backpack. Now I want you to take all those "items" for your "nature walk" and stuff them deep, deep down inside your "Kelty Redwing 44 Internal Frame Backpack."

Mmkay? Good. Now seal up that backpack. That's right, right up tight. Now you're going to carry those things around for the rest of your nature hike, or life. They're easily accessible should you want to pull them out and address them, but otherwise they'll just be along for the ride.
