Well, how do you fare compared to the Zeitgeist? Chat up your fellow wooters and let us know how lame this poll was or what obvious choices we missed. For example: Was this poll a) STUPID, b) DUMB, c) POINTLESS or d) ALL OF THE ABOVE?

Denver omelette. I have the peppers and ham pre-diced (they both freeze well), and the onion is ready to slice, so it prepares quickly.

Thanks to up-to-the-minute tracking, I don't track my package so much as stalk it.

Chop up some hot Italian sausage and fry it up. Once it's nearly done, add some beaten eggs to the pan and finish.

For a more of a frittata, you can add other ingredients to the beaten eggs or the pan right at the end. Goat cheese, spinach, sour cream, or chopped onions and peppers are all good options.

-2 slices bread (whole grain preferred)
-half a ripe avocado, smushed into one side of bread
-one roasted red pepper (from a jar)
-optional: cheese (shredded cheddar or feta or brie or cream cheese)

-put sandwich on preheated George foreman electric grill for a few minutes until bread looks toasted.

Takes about five minutes to make and grill, by then your coffees ready.

Preheat oven to 350

Take out nonstick muffin pan

Take strips of bacon (precooked but still very flexible) and wrap around inside of muffin tin cup

Beat some eggs, some seasoning, some finely cut up veg (ex. Peppers, onion, zucchini, tomato etc) and pour in each cup

Bake 15-20 min or until egg is set

These make awesome little "to go" breakfast bites. You can bring them camping, you can squish them onto an english muffin for a sandwich, and they freeze well so you can make them ahead of time and just microwave what you need.

The only hard part is cleaning the muffin pans after. Even non stick, even spraying with oil, they always are hard to clean.

What about those silicon muffin pans? Or won't the pre-cooked bacon crisp up well enough?
It does sound delicious. And it'd be even better with cheese!

Have you tried using parchment paper to make cleanup easier?
