I like running the 5k races.. I doubt I'd ever really do any longer ones.
But, what I really like is riding bicycles. I could ride 20-30 miles per day with no problem. I could get into doing some bike races for fun.
Last year a friend and I rode from northern Utah down to Las Vegas (just under 400 miles). It was my first self-supported bicycle tour and it was awesome.
Anyway, sorry to get off on a tangent. Back on the 5k note, I am running the local Valentine's day 5k next weekend, so that should be cool.

I got my varsity letter in Cross Country. I've never run since. I like my knees. I walk a 5k every day though, and it's one nice brisk pace for the whole thing. I'm gonna live to be 150! :-P
