For sporty/fitness stuff, the cold is just plain no good for your bones or muscles. Might make the breaks or tears sound a little snappier. So I lift at home or at the gym throughout Winter.
Spring/Summer/Fall = hiking, walking, jogging outdoors.
Metal is awesome, it's super-powerful and emotional, but at the end of the day we're dudes with long hair and guitars going "RAAAAAR!" -Devin Townsend
