Well, how do you fare compared to the Zeitgeist? Chat up your fellow wooters and let us know how lame this poll was or what obvious choices we missed. For example: Was this poll a) STUPID, b) DUMB, c) POINTLESS or d) ALL OF THE ABOVE?

The "twosome". Most fun you can have and it is well documented as great for the heart.

Running's my favorite. Since I wore out a hip doing it, I moved on to cycling. That caused my deteriorating disks to collapse on the front side and pinch nerves. Now, I have to get my cardio by watching scary movies. I guess when they get old I'll have to try naughty list (only in the interest of fitness of course).

I love cycling, probably the best working you could possibly get while sitting.

TapouT XT and Insanity! The kids love doing it with me and its really funny watching them do some of the moves (since they're 5, 4, and 18 mo.).

Ultimate Frisbee (So running, basically.)

I hate running. Running should only be done if you have brain-eating zombies chasing you.

I own an elliptical, but the darn thing is so loud, I can't watch tv while using it. It's too boring to use it if I can't watch tv at the same time.

Cycling...too dangerous since there aren't any bike trails nearby.

Personally, I like hiking. It doesn't require any special equipment and you get to be in the great outdoors. Unfortunately, the nearest state park (and therefore trails) is 20 miles away.

Isn't that more like non-stop sprinting? (I tried it in college. Lasted, oh, five minutes before collapsing into a wheezing heap).

Most definitely swimming.

Minimal aches and pains afterward. Minimal recovery time.

Imagine that. I have a hip that's irritated by previous excessive running and deteriorating disks as well. I highly suggest swimming. While I do enjoy rowing and other forms of cardio, this one is the only one where I don't have pain afterward... or the next day.

Walking my dog Stella, and walking and more walking. Stella likes it when we exercise. I don't know how much cardio exercise I get from this since she keeps stopping to sniff stuff.

Just Dance game with the kids.. I LOVE wearing them out and teasing them that old mom can win high scores and wear them out.

Then I walk to the bedroom and take my pain pills and silently swear for a little while.
