Well, how do you fare compared to the Zeitgeist? Chat up your fellow wooters and let us know how lame this poll was or what obvious choices we missed. For example: Was this poll a) STUPID, b) DUMB, c) POINTLESS or d) ALL OF THE ABOVE?

B-12 Injection every 4 weeks, when you are missing part of your intestine that absorbs B-12 you really do need that.

Thanks to the person who ran a red light and hit me, I've got three herniated discs and so I take calcium, magnesium, B-complex, Glucosamine and some Omega-3 for good measure.

Oh yes, you have a plethora.

Daily multi-vitamin for general health, as I don't always eat a balanced diet. Extra C since I was a teen, as my doctor was a firm believer in anti-oxidants even before they were called that. And extra calcium, as everyone over 40 should take some as we drink less milk and absorb less calcium as we get older. (I also may or may not take vitamin D and fish oil (omega-3) supplements as part of a Harvard study.)
