I teach tumbling so I constantly have to lift children of all sizes. (You would be shocked to see the size of some cheerleaders nowadays here in the Midwest) That, and lifting myself in strange ways, is my daily workout. So, I lift weights. They just happen to be weights that are conscious (and sometimes frightened).

Nothing is more satisfying than lifting at the gym, and driving a sports car......I feel kinda like Ken from "Streetfighter"
